Livelihood Program

At A+ Agency, we nurture financially sustainable creative ventures through our livelihood program. In partnership with HYPREP, we're training 500 Ogoni youths in fashion, culinary arts, beauty, and photography. This initiative aims to empower them with skills for establishing sustainable businesses and excelling in the professional landscape.

The primary goal of this collaboration is to generate employment opportunities and provide young individuals and women with essential skills for future career paths.

Financial Inclusion Platform (Her-Wallet)

A+ Agency has developed Her-Wallet, a financial inclusion platform that serves as a digital SME ecosystem. It provides female entrepreneurs with access to faster and affordable financing, business savings, mobile payment services, financial analysis data, business and management tools, and community support services. This platform aims to promote financial inclusion and support women in entrepreneurship.

Going Global; Export Ready Conference

Is designed in a hybrid style to cater to creatives specializing in fashion design, makeup, photography, styling, hair-styling, fabric dealing, and accessory design. This conference presents an opportunity for individuals to expand their understanding of the wide array of artistic and non-artistic career prospects within the creative sector's value chains, focusing on international trade and export opportunities.

YFLIP - (YOUNG FUTURE LEADERS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM)

Is a development program for fresh graduates uniquely designed to tackle their unemployability problems, equipping them with the fundamental skills for workplace success, leadership, entrepreneurship and professionalism that will enable them to become change agents in their communities and workspace.
